Database Help: PBS Video

Select episodes from PBS TV (Public Broadcasting Service) series such as:

• Masterpiece (series)
• FRONTLINE (investigative documentaries)
• American Experience (history)
• Secrets of the Dead (detective, true-life drama)
• Austin City Limits (music, popular music legends and innovators, all genres.)
• Need To Know (Original stories, opinions, news)
• NOVA (science, adventure and exploration)
• NATURE (beauty and wonder of the natural world)
• Independent Lens (independent documentary films from around the world).

• Videos require a reliable internet connection and Flash player to view.
• Popup blocker and firewall settings may need to be adjusted to view videos.

• Enter one or more keywords in the Search box in the upper right corner to locate videos on specific subjects.
• To select a specific Program, Topic, or Collection, use the Menu bar tabs.
• Quotation marks are required when searching for an exact phrase, e.g., “climate change”.
• To select a video from several subject categories, click the Topic tab in the Watch Video section.
• To see complete details about a program, hover the mouse over the title or video player.
• To begin the video, click the arrow in the middle of the embedded video player. (Not all items include streaming videos).
