Mobility Printing - Windows

These 3 steps will set up your Windows device for mobile printing.

Install the VPN Client
Install Cisco AnyConnect VPN Client
Install Windows Mobility Print

Once you have setup Mobility Printing on your device, future printing only requires that you connect to the VPN to select the Follow Me printing queue.

STEP 1: INSTALL VPN CLIENT

Connect to EagleNet Wi-Fi Network
Install VPN Client at https://prvpn1.erau.edu/
Enter your ERNIE / ERAU credentials
Set the Group pull-down to reflect your status. Log in with your ERAU credentials
Click Continue

STEP 2: INSTALL CISCO ANYCONNECT VPN CLIENT

Click on the blue AnyConnect VPN link to download the install file
Locate and install the file - Type “AnyConnect” in the Windows search bar and click on the Cisco AnyConnect Secure Mobility Client app
Type the VPN URL: prvpn1.erau.edu

Press the Connect button
Choose your group. Students must use student group
Enter ERAU username and password
Second password is your DUO Passcode or use one of the following options:
- 1. You can open the DUO Mobile app on your phone and generate a code by clicking the key button next to Embry-Riddle Aeronautical University. Enter this code into the Duo Passcode field.
  2. If you are using a Duo token you will need to generate a code.
  3. Or you can type push into the field. This will send a push notification to the mobile phone registered to your DUO account with an option to approve the connection.
  4. Or you can type phone into the field. This will call the phone number registered to your DUO account. Press 1 on your keypad to approve the connection.
    Note: You only have 12 seconds to complete this step. If you do not complete this step within 12 seconds the connection will fail. Try again from the beginning of step 4.
