Database Help: POV Video

Provides streaming video access to independent, non-fiction films and media on contemporary social issues; originally produced for the PBS television POV.

• Videos require a reliable internet connection and Flash player to view.
• Popup blocker and firewall settings may need to be adjusted to view videos.
• Only items found in the Full-Length Films section are available in their entirety.

• To locate videos on specific subjects, enter one or more terms in the Find A Video box.
• Quotation marks are required when searching for an exact phrase, e.g., “climate change”.
• To select a video from several subject categories, click the Topic tab in the Watch Video section.
• To see complete details about a program, click on its title.
• To begin the video, click the arrow in the middle of the embedded video player. (Not all items include streaming videos.)
