AI Reading Tools
- ChatPDFUpload a pdf and then ask questions about it. It will cite it's answers from within the paper.
- DocalysisUpload documents and ask questions about them. Does require creating a free account.
- HumataUpload a PDF to get a summary of an article or chat with the engine about it. Compare articles to find information. Creates citations to the information within the articles that you upload in its answers. Does require a free account.
- Notebook LMNotebookLM requires a Google account. Upload your document and NotebookLM can create a brief podcast based on a document or let you query it. Use NotebookLM as a collaborator to generate ideas based on the documents you upload.
- Perplexity.aiCreate an account to upload documents and have it create summaries.
- ScholarcySummarize documents that you link to or upload. Generate flashcards to help you understand articles. Does require an account.
- Scite.ai This link opens in a new windowResearch database that the library provides. Scite.ai Assistant will allow you to upload a document that you can then ask questions about or it can create a summary for it.
- Semantic ReaderPart of Semantic Scholar. Will create overlays on articles to help you understand articles more easily. Customize the number of overlays.
- TLDR ThisUpload a file or paste a URL to get a summary.
